"TEVES" agrees to pay a "producer" with the obligation to be contracted the first clause of this contract, the amount of THIRTY-NINE MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED ELEVEN THOUSAND SEVENTY-SIX HUNDRED AND FIFTY BOLÍVARES FIVE CENTS (Bs 39,711,976.55) to be paid as follows: A. - travel, for a total of FOUR THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($ 4,500.00) , the equivalent of NINE MILLION SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND BOLÍVARES (Bs 9,675,000.00), calculated BOLÍVARES TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND (2150.00 Bs), each one, in order to comply with the resolution issued by the Central Bank of Venezuela, which will be deposited in account number 7501613306 ABA 067010509, for COMERBANK banking institution, headquartered in Miami, Florida State, in United States of America ; B. - Airfare amount of FIVE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND SIX BOLÍVARES (Bs 5,417,806.00), and C. - fees in the amount of TWENTY EIGHTY-SIX MILLION FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND BOLÍVARES (Bs 22,586,395.00) plus the amount of TWO MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY TWO THOUSAND SEVENTY-FIVE BOLÍVARES FIFTY-FIVE CENTS (Bs 2,032,775.55), in respect of Value Added Tax (VAT), calculated at nine percent (9%), for a total of TWENTY-FOUR MILLION SIX HUNDRED THOUSAND NINETEEN SEVENTY Bolivars FIFTY-FIVE CENTS (Bs 24,619,170.55), which will be paid within five (5) business days following the delivery of promised product after verification of its contents by the Directorate of Programming and Content of the Foundation .

CONTRADICTIONS OF CONTRACT
